How to create a clickable link to your blog

We bloggers love to leave comments on other blog posts and when we do we like to leave our blog link too.  But many of us don't actually link our blog names.  The last thing you want is to go unnoticed.  You want to make it easier for someone to see your blog name, click it, and head straight over to your blog.  Nobody likes to go the long way around it, copy and paste, copy and paste.  So today, I'm going to show you how to create a clickable link to your blog.

This simple HTML code is all you need.  And once you've made yours you can save it in a Word document and keep it for whenever you need to use it.

Here's the code:

<a href="YOUR BLOG URL">YOUR NAME/BLOG NAME</a>

All you need to do is replace the relevant information and away you go.  So for example this is what mine would look like:
<a href="http://lovehijabgirl.blogspot.co.uk/">Love Hijab Girl</a>

Make sure you do not delete any part of the HTML code, otherwise it won't work!

And if you're feeling even more creative you can also add your bloglovin link alongside, using the same HTML code.  Just like this

Nazira | <a href="http://lovehijabgirl.blogspot.co.uk/">Love Hijab Girl</a> | <a href="http://www.bloglovin.com/blogs/love-hijab-12049283">Bloglovin</a>

And that's how I would leave my clickable blog link at the end of my comment.
If you want to use the above code with the bloglovin link too then just replace the highlighted parts with your info.

Your Name
Your Blog URL
Your Blog Name
Your Bloglovin URL

I hope you found this post helpful.

  1. I use this too - it took me a while to find a code though!
